Job Description
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field engineers on computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field engineers on product-related issues.
Conduct ongoing research on emerging technologies and update training content accordingly.
Ensure newly hired engineers receive necessary onboarding training for all relevant devices and systems.
Conduct monthly operations reviews for the FSS team, providing updates and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
4 years of experience in product specialization for computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware.
Expertise in computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware; training or technical certification is a plus.
Preferably with a motorcycle.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Work Schedule:
Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day work-from-home (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
