Job Description
Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
Experience
5 years as Sales Manager
Certification or Licenses/
Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
Other Qualifications :
•Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
•Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
•Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
•Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
•Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
•Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
•Solid judgement along with decision making skills
•Knowledgeable with team building techniques
•Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
•Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
•Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
•Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
