Japanese Bilingual Project Manager

Project Manager must thrive in a professional and fast-paced environment; while ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency. Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance, mentorship, and directions from the Reporting Manager and the rest of the Management Team.

Competency Requirements
The Project Manager must be able to:

● Gather, coordinate, and communicate job-related information among all stakeholders
● Understand client processes (deliverables, rework, and the like) and properly set expectations
● Regularly review documentations, raise questions and provide relevant feedback and recommendations
● Perform user functionality, quality checks, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
● Schedule and meet deadlines in all aspects of the projects
● Fulfill basic SEO tactics across all site build, monitoring, and implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese/Nihongo (Preferably N2/N1/Native speaker)

Educational and Experience Minimum Requirements
The role requires the following knowledge and skills:

● Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree related to Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training, Mass Communications, or equivalent
● Required skill(s): Workflow Diagrams, Project Management, Multimedia, Graphics Design/Illustration, Web Development/Conceptualization, Internal and External Communications
● With at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
