Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pricing and Operations Management. This role will require strategic decision-making, overseeing pricing strategies, and ensuring efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize pricing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Pricing.
- Strong background in Operations Management.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
