Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Manager to optimize, streamline, and enhance our supply chain operations. If you have a strong background in supply chain management, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and improve inventory management.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
