Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies while managing the full enterprise sales process, customer interactions, and CRM tracking. Lead a high-performing team, provide product demos, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, highly motivated, aggressive, ambitious, and competitive
• IT and HR background is a plus
Work Location: Paseo de Roxas, Makati
Salary Range: 30k to 45k
