Job Title: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Job Description: Full Time, On-Site
Office Location: North ReclamatIon Area, Cebu City
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department with various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and spreadsheets
3. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
4. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
5. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
7. Provide administrative support to the accounting team
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
