Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

If you have strong organizational skills and can handle executive-level administrative tasks, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare executive presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external high-level meetings.
- Handle legal documents and coordinate with corporate legal counsel.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and facility requirements.
- Process visa applications, permits, and insurance renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company proprietary information.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Business-related course.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Details:
Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 45,000
Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday work only as needed)
