Job Description
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Maintain organized and efficient office systems, including filing, record keeping, and inventory management.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to team members, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Manage and update databases and contact lists.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Serve as a point of contact for visitors and clients.
Project Support:
Assist with project coordination and tracking, as needed.
Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations.
Prepare and format presentations and other materials.
Other Duties:
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
