Job Description
2. Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
3. Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed.
4. Help the coffee shop & restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.
5. Train new kitchen staff.
6. Prepare and cook food in a timely manner as he/she worked closely with the kitchen staff.
7. Creating menu items and teaching their staff how to make each one.
8. Check freshness of food discard out-of-date items.
9. Familiarize with sanitation regulations to ensure health and safety of the customers.
10.Ensure appealing plate presentation.
11. Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
12. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
13.Other tasks that may be assign from time to time.
