Job Description
-A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business field
-Proficiency in office and accounting programs like Excel and QuickBooks
-Strong organizational and analytical skills
-Understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations
-Knowledge of accounting standards and tax codes
Responsibilities
Accounting: Process payments and receipts, manage account records, and reconcile discrepancies
Budgeting: Assist with preparing budgets, financial statements, and reports
Financial analysis: Analyze financial data, including P&L and balance sheets
Financial advice: Provide guidance on investments, budgets, and other financial decisions
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax codes
System development: Develop, implement, and maintain finance systems
Auditing: Assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations
