Job Description
1. Sorts files for In-patient and out-patient charges from different revenue centers properly and accordingly.
2. Controlling and monitoring- Encodes manual charges from revenue centers without computer. Monitor actual charges of patient and reconcile with bizbox balances.
3. Checks all charges of the patient.
4. Submit final Statement of Account to Credit and Collection department if necessary.
5. Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors. Review documents such as charge slips, or hospital records in order to compute fees and charges due.
6. Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.(e.g credit note)
7. and other administrative tasks.
