Job Description
Responsible for managing assigned brand/product, developing, and executing marketing plans, consistent with current and long-range departmental and company sales and profit objectives.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administrative Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Fluent in English, Filipino – spoken and written.
Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City.
3-7 years of experience in (either) the E-Commerce and Retail Industry.
Exposed to all types of E-commerce channels, marketing, and promotions.
Exposed to all types of marketing events, ingress, egress, budget management, coordination, and anything similar.
Knowledge in the following platforms: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Knowledge in graphics editing is a plus.
Has good coordination skills and is organized.
Can adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Good at multi-tasking.
Willing to go on fieldwork (as needed).
Skills and responsibilities:
Directly reports to the Marketing and E-commerce Head and Executive Vice President.
Plans, leads, motivates, organizes, and executes marketing efforts and promotions, both online and offline, to support the Sales Team and other departments that may need a hand.
Ensures on-time implementation of consumer promotions (online and offline) through close coordination with cross-functional departments (e.g., purchasing, production, accounting, logistics, supply chain, sales, etc.).
Research new trends and opportunities that may be beneficial to the brand and consumer promotions.
Support sales initiatives by coordinating requested promotional support and deployment of marketing collaterals
Tracks actual promotions spendings vis-a-vis approved budget.
Evaluates major trade efforts to determine effectiveness and efficiencies, and recommends future actions.
Briefs and supervises creative team in developing brand names, packaging designs for new products that will attract the identified target market.
Recommends optimum price points vis-à-vis competition and/or against consumer’s purchase power for evaluation of Brand/Marketing Head.
Develops launch plan, including target channels, initial pipeline, and investment budget to support new product for endorsement of Brand/Marketing Head.
