Job Description

Skills and responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to the Ecommerce Manager.
- May report to two (2) other superiors, depending on the situation (Marketing and Ecommerce Head, and/or Executive Vice President).
- Primarily manages customer inquiries & concerns via chat, SMS, or call.
- Proactively caters to the needs of customers by offering doable solutions/recommendations, which may lead to easier purchase decisions of customers.
- Studies and keeps him/herself updated with new or existing products and its features.
- Internally processes various orders of customers in different E-Commerce platforms.
- Performs all administrative works connected to all Ecommerce platforms (e.g., encoding, inventory updating, encodes daily sales on the POS, etc.).
- Maintains existing e-commerce platforms and website by uploading graphic contents (advertisements, product line ups, promos, etc.).
- Handle the daily operations of e-commerce platforms.
o Consolidation of online orders
o Fulfillment of online orders
o Track payments of online customers
o Coordinates with online partners (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) for stock replenishment, new product entry/pullout, inventory
o Uploads product photos, product details, etc
- Generates monthly sales and expenses reports of all ecommerce platforms.
- Assist in planning and implementing promos and campaigns for online stores.
- Conduct consumer and market research.
- Develop/grow ecommerce business by partnering with new online platforms.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Preferably with background in working for the retail industry.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee or any other platforms equivalent to the aforementioned).
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Must possess advanced English and Tagalog communication skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City.
- Has good coordination skills.
- Organized and good at multi-tasking.
- Can work under minimal supervision and pressure.
- Fluently communicates in English or Filipino.
- Proficient in using Microsoft software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
