Heavy Equipment Mechanic

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.
We are in need of a Heavy equipment Mechanic who can expertly inspect, repair, and maintain heavy machinery. He can work with a variety of equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, in industries like construction, farming, and transportation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Inspect: Check equipment for faults and malfunctions.
. Diagnose: Use computerized tools to identify problems.
. Repair: Use hand and power tools to fix or replace parts.
· Test: Make sure repaired equipment works properly.
· Maintain: Perform routine maintenance like cleaning and lubricating.
· Record: Keep detailed records of work and report issues to management.
· Advise: Provide recommendations on maintenance schedules.
· Travel: Go to job sites to repair equipment.
· Troubleshoot: Identify issues with diesel engines.
· Determine parts: Decide what parts are needed to make repairs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Education: High school diploma
· Training: Completion of a heavy equipment operator training programs at a vocational school or through an apprenticeship
· Certifications: Obtaining necessary certifications depending on the type of equipment you operate
· Physical abilities: Good hand-eye coordination, ability to lift heavy objects, and good vision
· Safety awareness: Thorough understanding of safety protocols related to operating heavy equipment
· Skills: Proficient operation of various heavy machinery like excavators, loaders, graders, etc.
· Experience: With 10 years of industry experience
· Willing to relocate to locations in line with the construction projects.
