Job Description
To provide the necessary support to the sales team. Then successful candidates will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Gather information and fill in the statement of work template with appropriate details.
* Maintain and update sales and customers records.
* Assists finance department with client payment and invoices.
* Develop monthly sales reports.
* Communicate feedback from customers to Sales Manager.
* Process expenses report on a regular basis.
* Proficient with MS Office application such as: MS Excel, word, PowerPoint
Job Requirements:
* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or BS Education Major in Mathematics
* Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and other systems or application.
*Excellent computer skills. in Excel.
* Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
* Attention to details.
* At least 50 words per minute ( typing)
