Job Description

HIRING! HVAC Training Specialist (Php 45,000)

Company Profile: Specializes in software development and produces multimedia products, home appliances, display devices, and electronic parts.

-Position: HVAC Training Specialist
-Company Industry: Electronics Company
-Location: Pasig City
-Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
-Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 45,000 gross
-Work set up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience to conduct training.
-With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII Certification
-With proven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning Industry
-Strong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic concepts
-Excellent communication and presentation skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Will develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service and maintenance procedures
-Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.
-Collaboration with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.
-Responsible in providing Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning products
-Continuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improved learning outcome.
