Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Salary Package: ₱40,000 - ₱55,000 per month
Job Location: Ugong, Valenzuela City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
Educational Requirements: Graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course, Master’s or Doctorate Degree (an advantage)
Experience & Certifications: At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven experience in Food Packaging Product Sales
- Experience in handling government-related sales/transactions (an advantage)

- Strong marketing strategy development & management experience
- Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and effective
- Mentor/Coach Orientation with attention to detail, flexibility, and proactiveness
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to complete tasks ahead of deadlines
