Job Description

Beacon Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist who will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our client acquisition efforts through effective communication and account penetration strategies, for both outbound and inbound sales opportunities. This role shall not only manage leads but also facilitate the initiation of our sales cycle and ultimately drive sales revenue.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any IT related course
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and business-cases
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Capable of cross-team collaboration
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)
• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
• Understand the company’s portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch and/or present the company’s solution offerings through various channel
• Stay updated with the company’s portfolio development and improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale
• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client profiles
• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
