Job Description
Prepare the gate pass and dispatch slips with proper name of drivers, time, destination, charge invoice or sales invoice, NMIS of deliveries to outlets, groceries and essentials customers.
Dispatch and receives incoming and outgoing documents.
Issue Dispatch Slip and secure permits for LTLM Deliveries Gensan and Davao (local and national)
Issue Dispatch Slip and secure permits for Customers’ Deliveries (local and national)
Monitor plug in and out of reefer van for billing purposes.
Secure documents and reconcile Davao tally sheet.
