Salary Offer: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's degree holder.
✨Has 2 years of experience as Workforce Manager.
✨Willing to work in a Night shift schedule.
✨Willing to report in the office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies
✨Maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
✨Implement innovative tools and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and schedule adherence.
✨Maintain and improve dashboards that provide actionable insights to the management team.
✨Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budget utilization related to workforce management.
✨Will handle and train members.
