Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate both technical and non-technical training programs. This role requires expertise in curriculum development, training strategies, and performance evaluation to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs for technical (e.g., finance, accounting systems) and non-technical (e.g., leadership, communication) skills.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Manage vendor selection for specialized training content or delivery.
Lead new training solutions for complex projects and initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members while overseeing employee development.
Align training programs with business objectives and workforce needs.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in training and development across multiple disciplines.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
Expertise in curriculum design, learning management systems (LMS), and training technologies.
Ability to develop strategic training initiatives that support business goals.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
Salary:
