Position: Unreal Engine Developer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related Field
At least 1 year of experience in Unreal Engine Development
Experience in Blender 3D Modeling, UV Mapping & Texturing and Character Rigging Skills
Ability to develop instructional materials and training courses.
VR Development Experience under Unreal Engine is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop instructional materials for training programs that enhance employee competencies
Conduct learning needs analysis and apply project management principles to course development
Independently create entry-level to advanced courses for various leadership levels, Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to develop engaging training materials
Certify Learning & Development Trainers to facilitate newly developed curricula. Conduct employee skill development sessions as needed
Update and revise existing training materials to improve training effectiveness
Assess the impact of training programs and propose improvements based on feedback and performance analysis
