Job Description
-Review and audit clinical documentation, patient interactions, and healthcare processes for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
-Analyze trends and patterns in quality metrics to recommend data-driven solutions.
-Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and other applicable laws.
-Provide constructive feedback and coaching to healthcare teams to address performance gaps.
-Work closely with clinical staff, supervisors, and management to address quality issues.
Required Skills:
-USRN license and BPO healthcare UMR and clinical hospital experience
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with premier offshore provider of healthcare outsourcing services.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
