Job summary:

Expected salary: ₱14,000 - ₱16,000 per month

Job Requirements:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of experience in any type of Customer Service
Experienced in using MS Excel, Google sheet and etc.
Wiling to work onsite in Cebu.
With face-to-face customer service experience

Job Responsibilities:
Encode additional data based on document submission.
Verify documents for final approval and create driver accounts for activation.
Verify the validity and correctness of the submitted document.
Ensure all submitted documents are correct based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines.
Set up devices required for onboarding, if applicable.
Validate the completion of requirements.
Provide feedback on the application status and rectify if needed.
Manually vet data or documents submitted by peers/drivers.
Check if the submitted data is in the correct format.
