Oversee daily school bus operations, including route assignments, scheduling, and on-time performance.
Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with transportation policies.
Address operational disruptions, such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies, promptly and effectively.
Supervise and support bus drivers, attendants, and other transportation staff.
Conduct training sessions on safety procedures, customer service, and company policies.
Evaluate driver performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Investigate accidents, incidents, or complaints and implement corrective measures.
