Fashion Buyer/Brand Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
FASHION BUYER/BRAND ANALYST
Responsible for sourcing and selecting the latest designs in clothing and footwear to keep our product line current with industry trends. This role requires staying updated with fashion trends, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries, and managing relationships with clients. The Fashion Buyer will also handle the management of purchase orders, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated with current fashion trends and market demands.
Source and select updated designs for clothing and shoes.
Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Work closely with the inventory and merchandising teams to ensure the alignment of stock levels with demand.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fashion Buyer or similar role.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in purchase order management and inventory systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both domestic and international fashion markets.
Strong network of supplier contacts within the fashion industry

WORK LOCATIONS: San Juan
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday / Saturday is Halfday
