A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for:

Develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals, such as brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion to sales, and customer retention
Deploy successful marketing campaigns — ideation, execution, monitoring, and optimization
Experiment with various organic and paid channels, such as but not limited to social media, search, display, email, SMS, and in-app messaging
Collaborate with merchants (business units) in developing and implementing campaigns to acquire customers and increase sales
Hire, train, and manage digital marketing talents, such as but not limited to performance marketing, search, content production, and social media management
Act as brand guardian, ensuring that all campaigns and content in all GoR assets are consistent with brand voice and discipline
Lead in the evaluation and selection of agencies, as the need arises
