Job Description
Ensure that online stores (Lazada, Shoppee, Zalora, community sales, other online platforms) are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and equipped with accurate, up-to-date content. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the overall quality of online shopping experience for our customers.
Specific Tasks:
- Conduct thorough checking of landing pages, product information, checkout options, and website systems to guarantee visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness
- Provide input on promotional strategies, including discounted offers and bulk packages, to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Verify correct configuration of payment options and promotional tabs to facilitate smooth transactions
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of online store and website updates and changes
- Review and upload customer product reviews to enhance transparency and credibility.
- Monitor website traffic and customer feedback to evaluate responses to site enhancements and updates
- Partner with IT to ensure search engine optimization and improve online visibility and search ranking of our online stores and website
- Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and anticipate inventory needs effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related programs
- Proven experience E-commerce and digital marketing operations (3-5 years’ experience)
- In-depth understanding of consumer preferences, especially in the context of e-commerce an digital marketing.
- High organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance capabilities
- Strong market research proficiency
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Keen eye for details and highly creative
MS Office proficient
Willing to work onsite (Head Office in Parañaque near NAIA-1)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
