Job Description
1. Relevant Experience:
• Experience in QA (1 year minimum) - BPO Company
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of SQL
3. Soft Skills:
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in identifying issues and verifying fixes.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and understand the root cause of problems.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise reporting of issues and test results to developers and other team members.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and suggest fixes for identified issues.
Work Arrangement:
Shifting schedule
Full time position, Night Shift with flexible scheduling to accommodate US time zones.
