Production Line Leader

Regent Foods Corporation is seeking a Food Technology (Line Leader), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and streamlined production of our high-quality food products.

Monitor and maintain production line operations, troubleshoot any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous innovation
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to production staff
Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands
Collect, analyze, and report on key production data to support decision-making and strategic planning

With knowledge and understanding of food processing equipment, production techniques, and quality control procedures
Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
Proficient in data analysis and report generation
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
