Job Scope:
Payroll Processing and Administration
Timekeeping Monitoring
Processes and posts DTR and forward the summary per branch to the appropriate approvers.
Payroll Processing
Simulates payroll.
Billing Processing and Administration
Reviews DTR, billing summary, SOA generated from the Billing Mgt. system, and Sales Invoice (SI) submitted by the MSPs.
Processes billing in the Non-PO Billing PowerApp Tool.
Reviews MSP deductibles and processes Bill Credit through the NetSuite PowerApp Tool.
Stakeholder Management
Ensures timely and thorough facilitation of ServiceDesk tickets and requests.
Answers and assists stakeholders with payroll-related queries and concerns with a good customer service approach
Records Management
Issues Finger Print Identification (FPID) number and encodes new employee details under Agency Profile Module (for select MSPs).
Initiates HRAN for salary adjustments
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 6 month to 1 year experiences in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits Processing and Administration.
