Position: Workforce Manager

Salary Offer: Php50,000 - Php60,000
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Has 2 years of experience as Workforce Manager.
Willing to work in a Night shift schedule.
Willing to report in the office.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies
Maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
Implement innovative tools and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and schedule adherence.
Maintain and improve dashboards that provide actionable insights to the management team.
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budget utilization related to workforce management.
Will handle and train members.
