Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance and Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, & Tax fields and with at least 3 years experience in a
supervisory/managerial role to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Tax-related functions, including Cash Management, Financial Statement Reporting, Profit Planning,
Company Taxation, and External and Internal Audits.
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Reporting:
Prepare annual profit planning.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Ensure strict compliance with departmental and organizational objectives, adhering to established policies and processes.
2. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions for efficient and profitable department operations.
3. Tax Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all relevant direct and indirect tax returns.
Represent the company for tax-related issues. 4. Cash Flow Management:
Manage the company’s cash flow effectively. 5. Audit Coordination:
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
6. Additional Duties:
Responsible for reviewing and updating the IPBR (IHI Philippines Business Rule) related to finance and accounting.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Experience Level: Minimum 5 years
Qualifications:
CPA/CA with a degree in Accounting or equivalent.
General Requirements:
Personnel Competency:
Self-starter, and teamwork skills. Ability to work accurately and under pressure.
Skills:
Strong responsibility.
Familiarity with Philippines Tax Law.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
