Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Research and analyze market trends and industry insights to identify potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new clients or partnerships.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute business development plans and strategies.
- Drive the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
4. Proposal & Presentation Development:
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential customers and emerging market trends.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market conditions to senior management.
7. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
