Steel Fabrication Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team to ensure formworks are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide production processes.
- Monitor the progress of fabrication projects and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

Quality Assurance
- Inspect and ensure the quality of fabricated formworks complies with industry standards and project specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
- Conduct regular audits of the fabrication process to identify areas for improvement.

Team Management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the fabrication team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce workplace policies, safety protocols, and compliance with labor regulations.

Resource Management
- Manage the inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment required for formworks fabrication.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Health and Safety
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training and drills for team members.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
