Warehouse Helper

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling:
- Load and unload formworks and construction materials manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Safely transport materials within the warehouse and to designated storage locations.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch to construction sites.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper documentation before shipment.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored properly to prevent damage.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper handling of heavy materials.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and construction teams to ensure efficient material flow.
-Assist other team members with tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, especially with construction materials, is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to Specify Weight, e.g., 50–70 lbs.) consistently.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, such as outdoor or unheated warehouse settings.
