Job Description
*Installation and wiring of electrical control, convenience outlets, and lighting systems.
*Preventive and Corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
*Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
*Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
*Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
*Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
*Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
*Receiving and responding to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on the building
*Testing and recommending new maintenance products
*Dealing with incoming work requests
*Inspecting existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
*Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
*Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Salary:
- ₱15,000.00 Monthly
