Real Estate Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Generate leads using a variety of sources, marketing tools and techniques which include but are not limited to: doing cold calls, sending of mailshots, attending networking events and meeting with a wide variety of clientele.
-Gather property listings in coordination with the listings officer.
-Gathers and compiles a set of property options tailor-fitted to the client’s need.
-Coordinate with various property sellers, buyers and institutional lenders.
-Facilitates on-site inspections and ocular visits requested by the client.
-Attends meetings with individual and corporate clients.
-Facilitating the negotiations between the Owners, Buyers or Tenants as the case may be.
-The role is expected to be up-to-date with current real estate news, trends and on-going market rates.
