Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Public Relations Lead to join a dynamic digital advertising company. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Identify opportunities for thought leadership, media coverage, and public engagement.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
Crisis Management:
Lead crisis communication efforts, including response plans and risk mitigation.
Act as a spokesperson during crises, ensuring consistent messaging and transparency.
Proactively identify potential risks and prepare preemptive strategies.
Business Growth and Client Relations:
Expand PR services by securing new business opportunities.
Build strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel on PR initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align PR efforts with business growth objectives.
Content Development:
Oversee creation of PR materials like press releases and articles.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
Supervise storytelling efforts to position the company as an industry leader.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of PR specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.
Conduct training sessions to stay ahead of PR trends.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven expertise in crisis management and media relations.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Demonstrated success in growing PR portfolios and securing new clients.
Analytical and Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in PR management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
