Job Description
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and target key audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Develop compelling content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Schedule and manage posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to create high-quality multimedia content.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and inquiries.
- Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers and responding promptly.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and SEO is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)

- Compensation: $4-$6/hourly
