Job Description

Job Requirement:

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or Nursing
Preferably with at least six (6) months work related experience
Has basic knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration
Proficiency in MS office application
Fast-learner, self-starter and analytical
Willing to do field work (visit government offices as needed, attend Job fairs etc.)
Can work ASAP and willing to be assigned in Hyundai Pasig, Bagong-Ilog Pasig City
Work schedule: Monday - Saturday / 8:00am - 5:00pm

Main Duties:

Shall serve as the front-line in answering queries related to HR policies and protocols
Shall handle timekeeping and benefits
Shall assist in the areas of recruitment and employee relations
Shall assist in the planning and execution of HR program
