Finance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to oversee and manage the organization's payment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payment transactions, monitor financial data, and support the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing and Management:
- Execute and oversee daily payment transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during payment processing.

Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Reconcile payment records with bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports on payment activities and flag discrepancies.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts.

Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing payment systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Implement automation tools or software for smoother payment operations.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks related to payments.
- Monitor payment fraud and implement safeguards to prevent financial risks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
