Provide expertise in development, testing and troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting other team members in addressing challenging problems.
Conduct code and test reviews to ensure quality and adherence to modernization best practices Mentor junior developers by providing guidance on technical tasks

Activities:
Create and implement a contemporary platform for outdated applications.
Solve complicated legacy application modernization problems, including data conversion, performance optimization, and language translation concerns.
To guarantee that the updated apps fulfill the necessary standards and requirements, implement and supervise quality assurance procedures.
To guarantee quality and compliance with modernization best practices, conduct code and test reviews.
Mentor younger developers by giving them advice on technical tasks.

Activities:
· Address the needs for overall architecture and application migration by solving, designing, and developing the modernization of legacy applications to a modern platform.
