For CL10 – Senior Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and debug applications to support legacy modernization projects.
Troubleshoot intricate issues, collaborating with peers to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Conduct code and test reviews, ensuring adherence to modernization best practices and quality standards.
Provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and technical excellence.
What’s Needed:
Proficiency in IBM COBOL.
1+ years of experience in development and maintenance for mainframe and/or distributed applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Microfocus.
Familiarity with legacy and modern programming languages (Assembler, PL1, Easytrieve, Java, Spring, Python).
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), cloud migration, and serverless architecture.
Experience in database conversion, migration, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
For CL9 – Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead legacy modernization projects, focusing on migration to modern platforms.
Address challenges in data conversion, performance tuning, and legacy system integration.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and modernization standards.
Motivate and mentor the development team, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and collaboration across members.
