Job Description

Executive Support:

Provide administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft and proofread internal and external communications (emails, reports, presentations, etc.).
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.

Communication & Writing:

Prepare and edit written correspondence, such as memos, letters, and newsletters.
Write, proofread, and edit HR documents (policies, handbooks, etc.).
Act as a liaison between executives and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist in drafting and sending internal announcements and updates

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Staff, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee management.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Salary:
