Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Unix Shell Scripting Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, leveraging Linux Shell scripting and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL. Collaborating in an Agile environment, you will address technical challenges, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Software: Design, code, and test robust software solutions using Linux Shell scripting and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, or Python is a plus.
Collaborate in Agile Teams: Contribute to Agile processes such as scrum or Kanban to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Technical Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and improvement in software solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems to ensure clarity and alignment with best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Software Development Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise-level software development.
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Proven ability to work within Agile teams, utilizing frameworks like scrum or Kanban.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for resolving complex technical challenges.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to project execution.
Technical Tools Experience: Familiarity with tools like Putty/SuperPutty, SQL Developer, WinSCP, Notepad++, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jenkins, Insomnia, Eclipse, Splunk Dashboard, and Grafana Dashboard.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Java, and Python.
