Line QC Engineer I

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering or equivalent
-Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred but not required.
-with experience/background in Quality Control and or Assurance task is preferred but not required.
-Hands-on experience of MS Office applications with statistical/data analysis.
-Good interpersonal relation and negotiation skills
-Good leadership and supervisory skills.
-Strong written and verbal communiction skills.
-Good problem solving skills.
-Aggressive in promoting Quality Improvement Activities.
-Provide Non conformance report treatment for all failure modes encountered on production line.
-Responsible for the review and confirmation of accuracy chip for production use after preparation of QC Assistant.
-Conduct failure analysis training and monitoring discussion to new QC member .
-To oversee production line per process and per product to ensure that process controls are being implemented to prevent outflow.
-Issue Corrective action reports and discuss with concerned sections until closure.
-Initiate improvement plan meetings and discussion with other support group.
-Willing to be assigned at Murata, Innovator, FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas
