Job Description
-Graduate of bachelor's degree in any of Engineering courses. (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial)
-At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing engineering, specifically within maintenance in a manufacturing company.
-Hands-on experience in line jig and equipment maintenance, with the aability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently.
-Proven experience in managing and guiding teams, with strong leadership capabilities.
-Familiarity in ISO and QSM is a plus.
-Proficient in CAD software for jig design and improvement.
-A professional Engineer license is an advantage but not required.
-Wiling to be assigned at FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Investigate and analyze the cause of jigs troubles, proposing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
-Manage, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery within the manufacturing environment.
-Read and interpret wiring and circuit diagrams (advantage but not mandatory).
-Utilize measurement equipment such as multimeters, testers, and other diagnostic tools.
-Lead and manage a team of subordinates, providing guidance, training, and support in their daily task.
-Oversee the implementation and adherance to management systems like ISO and QMS.
-Design and develop jigs using CAD software for improved manufacturing process.
-Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of line jigs and equipment independently to ensure continuous production flow.
