JOB REQUIREMENT
-Graduate of any Engineering courses,
-With or without related working experience,
-Preferably with Training in line with Production process
-Must have a behavioral competencies as follows: People Management. Strong leadership. High regards to discipline
-Must have a functional competencies as follows Computer usage knowledge, Communication and Negotiation skills Comprehension skills,

-Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan Batangas
JOB OVERVIEW
-Guides, support, and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators/ production personnel
-Ensures operator's compliance to standards company policies, rules and regulation to meet section's KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility
